What makes this point-to-point marathon distance road race truly unique is its route. Spanning the entire length of Newport News, Virginia, the course takes participants on a beautiful journey through the heart of the city, featuring:
- Scenic Peninsula Views: Winding past local parks, pristine waterways, and coastal landscapes
- Historic Neighborhoods: Passing through vibrant communities filled with local charm and cheering spectators
- A Grand Finish Downtown: Ending in the bustling downtown area—home to the iconic Newport News Shipbuilding, the sole designer and builder of United States aircraft carriers
